it's like pulling teeth with commercial property owners. never ceases to amaze me, sometimes think they would rather let it sit empty and write it off then lease it.
almost there, in final negotiations this week
This is both awesome and horrible news. Awesome because Broadway and Swan is 5 minutes from work...horrible because I'm going to be tempted to buy new juice or gear every single day.
By the way FSUSA, I'd written off PVs a while ago due to being unimpressed with a crappy one that I tried...you all gave me my first steps into the world of good vaping. 18 years on analogs before I quit, and as of today, 18 days of vaping. I don't see myself ever going back.
look forward to seeing you over there once we open Greykin. No need to buy everytime. come in and relax, try some new flavors etc. going to have a pool table in that location
just waiting on final paperwork. as soon as we have keys we will be up and open in 2 weeks or less
