I ordered some juice on Nov 12 and since I couldn't track it on EMS by NOV 19 I sent an email to Eastmall and got a response that my query had been forwarded to "Joy" with the address services (at) Eastmall (dot) Net. That was about 4 days ago and I have still had no response despite sending a follow up email to "Joy" requesting the EMS number because the one provided with my invoice is "untrackable". What do I do now?
