I ordered some juice on Nov 12 and since I couldn't track it on EMS by NOV 19 I sent an email to Eastmall and got a response that my query had been forwarded to "Joy" with the address services (at) Eastmall (dot) Net. That was about 4 days ago and I have still had no response despite sending a follow up email to "Joy" requesting the EMS number because the one provided with my invoice is "untrackable". What do I do now?

Hey Di, if you do the same thing for me on order 6241, I will write a haiku for you every day for the next week. I'll even go the extra mile and make sure they make sense.

Example:
Di is so darn cool...
She is my Shiva of Vape...
I like hamburgers...

Well, they might not make sense ALL the time! But I think you get the gist.

I've been waiting for about seven days for my tracking information as well and I sent them an email today inquiring about it. I know how busy you guys must be so I didn't want to make a pest of myself. But this will be my first e cig and is a gift from my boss, so I am pretty excited...

xmas slow downs will start to happen now
international mail is starting to get really big volumes and
the inevitable slow downs are gonna happen again
like they do every year at this time..........
