Really glad to hear this feedback! I ordered (2) Riva Starter Kits from them yesterday!

I was nervous as ive never ordered anything international before, much less from China.

I have a business and get orders from China every so often. EastMall is easy to work with. I found them efficient in communication and fast in shipping.

It arrived at my Post Office. We do not have home mail delivery here in the little town I live in. I have a slip in my box about the package. Took the slip to the counter, got the box, signed the slip, and hurried home with my goodies.

Everything was well packaged and secure. All items were in the box along with a packing slip.
