I bet we could actually figure it out - I can't remember when I ordered if it took me straight to Paypal or not, but it wouldn't be difficult to place the order - give you the total and you send the money... I bet it would work and you wouldn't have to give me any secret info or $$$
Yeah i can see what your getting at Wild, it might work ....Bud me on this forum if you want Wild :) ...If the site does not start working for me soon then your help might be appreciated mate.. i would proberly have to give you my home address and my order for eastmall ....I think Eastmall gives you an order number which i would have to pay them with on paypal by going to the "send money" section

If your DNS hasn't updated by now, your host is pretty lousy. Did you clear your browser cache just to make sure?
I cleared all the private data on my firefox browser, not that it did any good...i am still locked out of the eastmall site.


and yes i have a rather lousy IP ..but thats a whole other story :| Lol


Anything else you can think of that i might be able to do in order to fix the problem at my end Nuck? ...if it is indeed a problem at my end....that has not been established yet, it could very well be a server error at David's end... ~Shrugs~

If someone has an http proxy running maybe they could PM you the info. You could use that until your DNS updates.

PS. I'm pretty sure it's your end. DNS www.eastmall.net. It should resolve to 202.125.37.117
Nuck i use to be able to change my IP address with Rapidshare unlimited, which would have certainly resloved this issue, but ever since i installed my Vista Os i have been unable to change my IP with it...does not seem to work now

And i do not! want to go back to XP but it looks like i am going to have very little choice in order to correct this blasted problem.

I am worried about messing with my net settings though, the DNS control panel to change my DNS proxy settings would be found in my control panel right nuck?

The problem won't be on your end. It is almost definitely that your ISP has not updated it's DNS entries. You can either wait for them to update or use a proxy.

In vista, run 'cmd' and type ping www.eastmall.net

Is the IP returned the same as the one I posted?

You actually resolve to the right IP. Now I'm stumped. Have you tried with a different browser?

Anyone else have any ideas?

You could always try:

Guardster Free Web Proxy

Just to see if a proxy will get you there.

I can now order from David, but i still think it is some kind of serve error on his end...
i guess i will never know

Since you are resolving to the right IP I really am confused. Assuming you don't have some form of filtering installed I guess it's just one of these 'net' things that clear up on their own.

I am just as baffled as you are about this rather odd problem Nuck, but to be honest i don't care why it is happening, just as long as i can get my fix of e-cig electronic device's *because i am all out of e-cigarettes* then i am happy mate Lol

I restarted browser & computer btw

it must be the "net" factor to why this has occured, neither fttp or http give's me any problem what so ever!

Bud me if you want, you could be a handy guy to have around :D Lol

Di the reason i make this joke is

The problem i was having with the Eastmall web site was completely! of my own making, I just had a long chat on the phone with a really cool guy named ED that works for and helps David out at eastmall.net and he told me that if you go past the checkout stage more than 5 times without paying for it then your IP address is automatically banned in order to stamp out dead beat orders....now i did that and kept going past the checkout stage so i could keep adding up my order together with the shipping costs, Now the shipping cost is only $15 ...So what!.. i could not just add the $15 to my order in my own head without going past checkout???? tsk!.. but i did that more than 5 times like the flaming idiot! that i am

Anyway Ed at eastmall is going to reinstate my IP address so i can now submit my order in the next 2 days when my refund from Janty has cleared my bank account.

And David at Eastmall.net has a pretty good reputation for customer service and quality products...

Got my order a few days ago, took 10 days to get here from china however 1 battery came DOA. :( I tried contacting them thru their site and tried PMing David Yang here but no response. :confused: I feel ripped off. Won't order from there anymore. :mad:
BlueWolf i am sorry to hear that you seem to have had such a bad experience with eastmall's products, my dealings with David are the complete opposite....but these things do happen and i understand your anger

Its not like David to not help his customs out with these things, I know its no consolation but David is flat out with orders, its crazy! right now ..every single e-cigarette seller is having the same problem, just ask around mate

Just try and make a good go at working it out with him, I am sure he will respond to you if you give me your phone number and i will give it to him
