ok so usually I am savy on the computer, but I cant figure out how to put one of those banners in my signature, the tracker of last cig..can anyone help me out??

click on one of the banners, input your info on the site..create the banner, copy the link it gives you..then go into settings, signature settings and just paste that link into the text box. hit preview to make sure the link works and once you see it, bam apply! lol
are we able to tag people to post so that way the get notifications, does anyone know that?
I don't know about tagging, but, if you are friends with someone when you post something it shows on their profile page.

i must of done it wrong, i was a pad sometimes more. i just want the days counter lol.
I was able to get the banner, but it won't update. Does it only update once a day or continuously? Anybody know? I created mine last night and it hadn't changed count yet so I just recreated it.
On mine, the number of days are off and I checked the date I put in several times, grrrr! There are other banners if you google "quit smoking banner" - some of them have ads in them.
