The State of Confusion
I have been price shopping RDAs, Kanthal wire, wicks and juice. It seems that Ebay vendors blow a lot of site out of the water on supplies. Am I missing some good online vendors or is this what most of you have found too?

No you are not!
(Missing anything).:D

Many on line companies also run Ebay stores, and are also pricing very competitively.

I personally buy all my Kanthal on Ebay, and have found some pretty good deals on other supplies as well.

Generally speaking if you cannot find a deal from a dealer, look on Ebay!

The only thing I have not been able to find on Ebay so far is Ready Wick, and that is because it is currently only being processed by one retailer.

As long as you only shop vendors with a nearly 100% positive rating you will generally find quality merchandise at good prices on Ebay.

I know some would not shop there because of whatever reason, but I'm not one.

I have bought many items there (Vape and Non-Vape) and fortunately have been vary satisfied overall.

If you know what you are looking for and know your pricing and only purchase from high rated vendors you'll do fine!

Shady Ebay vendors like to change wording to try to manipulate you into thinking its what its not. Not having ebay back you for a ecig transaction is enough to stick to buying small items and stay away from attys, PV's. On the other hand some score mighty fine deals but I'm not one of them yet so research the vendor's comments before pulling the trigger on a big ticket item and hope for the best. :)

I buy lots of stuff Vape stuff on eBay. I don't believe for a second that they will not back you, "item not as described" covers everything they sell. Seller claims authentic, it had better be or full refund including shipping and the seller still has to pay 10% to eBay for the sale and PP charges. Did it on a fake Vision Spinner 2.

In fact, I think in many cases you are more likely to get the real deal from eBay, though there may be problems with manufactures warrantees being third party sellers.

You can get scammed anywhere you buy and at least on eBay there is recourse even if only a negative rating which does more than complaining on a forum.

I just bought an iStick on eBay this morning for $27. I got the confirmation/receipt for the order and it says 20-25 days shipping. Huh!!

I switched from eBay to Amazon for my shopping, now I remember why. It is already here in the States.

I am more comfortable with vendors in the States. It is my fault, and I accept the slap on the back of the head...

That is not true as I have found out. This is taken from their website.

If you need proof that ecig products are prohibited visit this page. Tobacco policy and click "Tobacco and tobacco-related items" Their is a big red X next to "Electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) and components"

If the person handling your case deems it is an ecig product they will close your case and you will not get a refund. You won't even be able to appeal as I've found out first hand.

I agree,i have been buying off of ebay for years, just started buying vape stuff this march, and only once have i ever had any problemswith something being falsely listed.I have bought everything from kanthal to mechanical mods and everything else vaped related, even a couple bottles of juice.I buy mostly clones, and i know they are clones when i buy them,so there is no surprises there. The one time i bought something not as listed was a fogger v4 that was listed as authentic,i didn't know any different for the first month i used it,until i got another one, which was a true authentic, that's when i realized it,but it works just as good, and was $10 cheaper than the real one,so it still worked out ok,but that is the one time in well over 600 times ihave bought off of ebay.

Should have gone through eBay and not PP. You can only do one or the other. Hey, all I can tell you is I did it, sorry you had a bad experience.

Side not, if you fund with an MC you have even more recourse if necessary.

I have been using ebay for 10 yrs, all good results. Issue lately is that ebay sellers are listing things they don't stock, and then they reply saying it will be a week or so until item ships, I'm starting to use online suppliers for this very reason. Perhaps I've had some bad luck with it recently, but it's aggrevating.
