Why are you yelling?

I have ordered from ECB several times and never had an issue with THEIR customer service. Maybe your problem is with USPS? I have actually had issues with leaking bottles and was promptly sent a replacement from ECB at no charge. They and one other juice vendor have the best customer service I have experienced.

If USPS lost your package how can you hold the folks at ECB responsible?

Perhaps my first response was not the best and I edited it accordingly. But my basic feelings have not changed.

If USPS shows your package has been delivered then it appears you have a problem that only they can solve. ECB has no control over when or if a package is lost. I just don't think it is fair to hold vendors responsible for the actions of the delivery service.

I order from ECBlend every couple weeks. It takes an entire week to get the order, but they have the cheapest cartos and juice I've found. I also had one customer service issue with them but still order. I contacted them with a question about one of their juices burning in cartos. I asked whether a different mix would burn better on my rig and they emailed me back a tutorial on how to properly fill a carto completely avoiding all my other questions. It ...... me off because I liked the flavor quite a bit. I decided to keep ordering from them but avoid that flavor.

Hey Bud, I feel your pain. It should be there and it's not - .... But a lot of things could have happened like a data entry error, carrier had an issue and it will show up tomorrow, at a neighbours, etc .... it's surely not ECB. Yes, once in a great while things go missing but really, what are the chances that you are 'that guy'. Take a breath :2cool:, phone or visit your local post office and let us know when it's finally in your hot little hands.
