Ec blends customer service

i placed an order with ec blends and i checked the tracking number with the post office it showed delivered i never recieved the package i contacted ec blends they said in not so many words sorry for your luck
it was my first and last order $17.47
there customer service stinks

Why are you yelling?

I have ordered from ECB several times and never had an issue with THEIR customer service. Maybe your problem is with USPS? I have actually had issues with leaking bottles and was promptly sent a replacement from ECB at no charge. They and one other juice vendor have the best customer service I have experienced.

If USPS lost your package how can you hold the folks at ECB responsible?

Ecblends is great. This is an issue for your postal carrier. Perhaps he/she put it in the wrong box or delivered it to wrong location. Happens more often than you think.

Perhaps my first response was not the best and I edited it accordingly. But my basic feelings have not changed.

If USPS shows your package has been delivered then it appears you have a problem that only they can solve. ECB has no control over when or if a package is lost. I just don't think it is fair to hold vendors responsible for the actions of the delivery service.

Were you expecting delivery today? I have had orders say they have been delivered and show up the next day. If not call your local usps office.

Double check your account settings/address at ECB then contact the post office and ask who they delivered to.

I've ordered from ecblends several times without incident. Does sound like a postal issue. Ecblends has a lost shipment disclaimer on their website with an option to buy insurance. All online shopping carries that inherent risk - but the convenience sure makes it worth it IMHO.

I order from them every month and while I did have an incident with less than satisfying customer service, I still buy from them. They are one of the least expensive juice vendors I have found and I like a couple of their flavors. It's a wash.

Sorry to hear about the bad experience, but I'm gonna agree with the folks above, USPS the delivery agent is the responsible party here. I hope your juice shows up, as I'm a big fan of their product, and have never been dissatisfied, keep everyone posted if it turned up?

I order from ECBlend every couple weeks. It takes an entire week to get the order, but they have the cheapest cartos and juice I've found. I also had one customer service issue with them but still order. I contacted them with a question about one of their juices burning in cartos. I asked whether a different mix would burn better on my rig and they emailed me back a tutorial on how to properly fill a carto completely avoiding all my other questions. It ...... me off because I liked the flavor quite a bit. I decided to keep ordering from them but avoid that flavor.

Hey Bud, I feel your pain. It should be there and it's not - .... But a lot of things could have happened like a data entry error, carrier had an issue and it will show up tomorrow, at a neighbours, etc .... it's surely not ECB. Yes, once in a great while things go missing but really, what are the chances that you are 'that guy'. Take a breath , phone or visit your local post office and let us know when it's finally in your hot little hands.
