Well I hope you have a better experience than me with MBV. I just received my 2nd order from them... wait, no i didn't, I received someone else's order instead of mine! I placed an order for over 500ml of various juices and received a $28 order that belongs to someone else. I hope they have a good way to sort this one out...
Same thing happened to me. After trying for an hour to reach them by phone I had to resort to their chat system which was not exactly a swift experience. But they were unable to fulfill a replacement order and refunded me. Being my time was wasted and their self admitted phone system sucks and wasted even more of my time I was not happy with just a simple refund, but nothing else was offered so oh well.
Honestly it was the best thing to happen to me as a vaper. I have moved on to other vendors that have juices that make MBV look like a flat iron Denny's steak playing in a Ruth Cris filet mignon world. Other vendors might not be near as cheap, but I'd rather spend more on something that is truly satisfying and blow away than something that I just hope I like.
MBV only has one juice on their gigantic menu that really made me say "wow" and that was Hawk Sauce. Everything else is just very basic Flavorwest flavors with no real imagination involved. But even Hawk Sauce is pretty scarce it seems. They last had it in early July for a hot minute. They even had a Faux Hawk for a little bit to tide people over. The last few weeks on their Facebook their flavorings for Hawk Sauce have been "one week out."
I'm sorry but MBV obviously has no idea what they are doing here and were caught off guard by the popularity their clearance bin pricing would generate. Since my order was flubbed 6 weeks ago I have seen 3 more reports of the same thing happening of receiving someone else's stuff while their order was God knows where. That's just here on ECF! I can only imagine how much this really happens.
That's 101 stuff, put the right order in the right box. It's like no one is checking to ensure the right stuff is in the right box. Being we live in 2013 and identity theft is a sad reality, and being our personal details are in those boxes on the invoices, they really need to get a handle on this.
