ecf account?

would it be possible to start a Ecf account kinda like paypal you know for a small fee of course we can buy sell things on ecf and if you can get other e cig companies to join i could use just one card a ecf card for every thing i could just go buy a prepaid card add it to my ecf account and done no problem no worries no paying paypal and making my options to buy easier could this work?

I don't believe its something ECF will entertain as ECF is an information/community based site and not that of one with commercial interest.

Ya never know.... but I highly doubt it unfortunately.
