Okay, I’ve been thinking on this one for a long time.
A social group called the ECF Library Annex.

Right now, I need ten members to obtain a forum for the Social Group, so please join.

If you know of a post that might be worthy, post it and the members of this group will decide if it gets a permanent home in the Social Group.

There are some good links there already, but it would be pretty tough for a newbie to find the group unless there is a sticky.
