ECF Emergency Maintenence Downtime 1 Nov 2012 3am EDT

Emergency maintenance will be performed on the database server on 1 Nov 2012 between 3AM and 5AM EDT. We need to replace a defective motherboard and expect the downtime will less than the allotted two hours. However; this may take longer than anticipated, so please be patient in the event of unforeseen complications.

We regret the inconvenience this may cause.

The scheduled repairs failed to happen as planned . In light of this development we have rescheduled for 2 Nov 3AM EDT.

We believe that fixing the issue early in the morning when server load is minimal is a better option than taking the servers down for an extended period during our more active hours. Our apologies for the continued disruption.
