If'n you really want to get technical about it, the 10 millionth post was over 191,205 posts ago. ;)

How do you figure that?? :?: Here are the current stats:

Those are posts that are counted for that particular statistic. YOUR post was in reality post #10,210,451 which takes into account ALL posts on the site, including those that have been deleted and those that are in forums that don't count towards a user's post count.

This is correct. We've technically already hit 10 million posts, in fact a while back we did. However, as far as I know this contest is based on the post that turns the counter at the bottom of the home page to 10,000,000.

Roonies:

If you are having trouble leaving analogs behind due to what I call, "Nic-Fit" moments, I have the solution for it. It was something I figured out extremely early on in the process... It was basically born out of the need to switch over b/c when I get upset, anxiety goes thru the roof, if I go out w/friends for drinks (when I was able to go out w/friends & ACTUALLY AFFORD DRINKS), after meals, that 1st analog when I get up & last one b4 I laid down (although this is still & always has been an all night thing as I have chronic insomnia), and the biggest of all problems that caused me to literally chain-smoke - often enough to where there were times I was up to 2-3pks a day & even more often linked to my desire to commit SPOUSICIDE (and this was w/the DH I actually love & spent 25+yrs & children with this man!).

It's no secret that my favorite e-liquids come from My Freedom Smokes. I buy my e-liquid here & have pretty much since I began vaping 7/7/09; my staples are Cotton Candy & Marshmallow; they make the absolute best plus pretty much all their e-liquids offer customization from bottle size, nicotine strength, reg or extra-flavoring, & how much VG (100%, 40%, or another lower percent I can't recall at the moment) to add & they offer PG & VG-only options too if you happen to have an allergy to one or the other. It is no secret that they have terrific, if not the absolute best nicotine-only quality that is purchased in various size bottles at more than reasonable costs too.

So, I bought a bottle of their nicotine e-liquid or nic-quid and bought the bottle with the dropper cap so I was able to squeeze the plastic rubbery top that draws nic-quid in the glass dropper then add a couple of drops into 1 of 2 of their 5pk 6ml dropper bottles that are the perfect size to carry in a purse but be sure to mark the bottle that has the higher nicotine dose in it. You can wrap colored rubber-bands under the threaded area back under the neck part of the bottle so it doesn't interfere or roll off if it's above the threaded area. Some stores offer colored bottle rings but can't remember which ones do it and besides, a colored rubber band for a sighted person works well and it's cheaper. My sight is crummy (retinal disease, optic nerve defect, & 2 of the 4 autoimmune diseases damaged sight to point where it's not much good to me & I'm color-blind to like colors anyhow so that doesn't help either. I feel for the band around the neck area of the bottle) so I rely on tactile sensation until the nerve damage prevents even that.

Anyhow, just add a couple small drops at various intermissions until you find the nicotine "sweet-spot" where you're not flying off the hammer from the lack of nicotine & the craving has you ready to throw everything around like a hurricane or tornado hit. Once you find that "Sweet-Spot" in the nic-quid, keep up with the # of drops so you will know how many to add the next time you refill an empty bottle or a new bottle replacement as they do become worn over time.

FYI, the nic-quid lasts a long time b/c it only takes a few drops added to the 6ml dropper bottle. I've had a bottle of nic-quid from MFS last me a little over a year. It's recommended to keep the bottle cool so if you have an upper section in your fridge door or if you don't keep your eggs in the egg compartment & you have a holder that sits down in the egg compartment & it has a lid, these are good places to keep your nic-quid although it is also recommended to keep it in a cool dark place. I live in the South-East and it's hot here all the time so I opt to keep my e-liquids and nicotine nic-quid in a small wine chiller that holds few bottles of my white wines (store white wine chilled, not red wine; hwr, you can chill red a small bit to bring it to room temperature such as the cooler temps in the high-end 4/5-Star Restaurants). The nicotine liquid does well in the wine cooler; I don't even need to remind DH not to take it out when he adds a bottle or two of white to the wine cooler unit.

I do keep one of the parcel packs w/bubble-wrap on inside btw the couch end I sit on and the end-table w/the envelope upright the tall way so I can keep a larger bottle of e-liquid, a spare nicotine bottle w/a bit of nicotine in the bottle w/the dropper top (the other large fuller bottles w/1 of those having a dropper cap in the wine chilling unit), & a 10ml bottle of sweetener (MFS carries this too & I add a few drops of sweetener to about everything I vape as well). The area btw the couch & end table is pretty cool b/c there's a central vent back there. I have a vent air directing top that sticks to the vent itself w/magnets on the vent & the vent cover is a decorative metal but b/c the directing top blows air across in a level direction - not straight up behind the couch & end table b/c it wouldn't cool the room w/o help. The vent keeps what I have next to me by the floor cool enough b/c the air is on practically throughout the summer unless we have a hurricane come through that's bad enough to knock out the power & even then we have the generators even though they won't run the central unit, they will run the fans, fridge, freezer, computers & such.

Hope this helps.

Angel755: I am proud, honored, & especially privileged to be in such great company! :)

Even more, I'm glad to know I am not alone... In the infamous words of Jimmy Buffet - It may be morning where I'm at or where you're at but no matter... It's 5 o'clock somewhere! :toast:

Paise

Me either paise, good luck! some folks just have good luck with winning things, I've never been one of them.
