Not sure if the same ads run between mobile and desktop versions. Also site layouts. Once I clicked the add I was taken to a page with grinders and wax cartridges and the likes.

The biggest paid ad spot on the entire site.

Here's a helpful tip from a former forum administrator/owner:

Take the time to actually click the ad links before installing them, and check out what they are actually selling before accepting their money.

I'm on my old fashioned iPad...lol....the vendors change, but I've never seen that particular ad.

I too have never seen that ad. I'm using a normal browser (firefox).

I assume there is a different ad face for the full site? If so there probably is another ad than just this one.

I'm actually trying to help.

I would go and check every banner ad on the site if I were a concerned administrator, follow the links and examine the vendors ENTIRE site.
It's obvious someone didn't do this before hand.
I would then pull ads that didn't comply with the Terms Of Use, and send emails to the vendors.

ECF Suppliers Terms of Service

8. ECF's policy is to support ecig vendors not herbal vaporizing equipment vendors. Therefore, we will accept ecig suppliers with some alternative product lines of that nature, but we will not accept vendors of herbal vaporizers etc. who may also stock a couple of ecig / e-liquid lines. If there is any question then we would judge by the site name, the domain name, the appearance of the site: is it an ecig site or a herbal products site? We permit ecig sites but not herbal/etc vaporizer sites

V2 is primarily e-cigarettes.
