im from illinois and if the bill passes, does this mean you cant sell anything to me? what if i only ordered battery box, switch, connection, led, regulator? you still cant sell it to me because technically those are not ecig devices did i just find a hole in the system im already making my own juices, bought everything at lorann. i just wish i know how to make my own atties.

I think what it means is that nobody in your state can sell them.. Not sure what the law will be about possesion or buying from out of state.. But yes, all the other stuff is just parts so not a problem...
