Southwest does not allow e-cig use one plane. I saw what Dar saw on their safety sheet and in their magazine. Attendant also said it during their "no smoking allowed" spiel. That was on July 6.
i was not questioning the validity of what darri said .I was asking out of curiosity if it was on their rules online but i will look it up .

I don't fly much, but I just flew to Denver and back last weekend, and didn't try to vape on flights either way (one was SW). They were short enough and I didn't feel the urge. However, I was stuck in O'Hare for 4+ hours on the way back due to weather delays. I was too chicken to ask security or anyone that works there if vaping was allowed in common spaces, so I did the toilet vape a couple of times. The second time I must have been next to the REAL breakfast burrito guy. Blech! Anyone know the rules in airports, or is it on a case by case basis?

Whats ECF? I only read V4L. Thanks for the story....Its against policy to use e-cig? since when? thats news to me. they making it up? If they dont know what it is they say its against rules?

Southwest does state that working functioning e-cigs are not allowed (but they have seen me stealthing and not bothered because no one complained. I flew to denver and back out. Vaped heavily in DIA and PHL.

Toilet vape! How many ml's fit in that tank? talk about a mega-carto! I would definately alcohol wipe that down and feel funny saying to use a Drip Tip.

There's a bit of a catch-22, since the lithium batteries are supposed to be taken as carry-on, not checked. I would never pack them in checked baggage anyway....I've seen what happens to that luggage. I've had one suitcase mangled! Talk about a P*ss*d Pooch! Not to mention the sticky fingers....I would be Irate if they were to be stolen outta my checked baggage.
