What you fail to mention is that we offered to email you a PREPAID return postage. If that did not work for you, you could also mail the item back, and we will REFUND your shipping cost.
We do not ship out replacements without getting the product back. 99.9% of customers understand that they have to return product first. And the fact that we offered you pre-paid postage makes this really a non issue. And furthermore, we also gave you the option of sending the item back, and refunding the shipping cost.
This is really all we are able to do. Our policies are in place because of the many people that abuse the RMA system, promising to send items back, and rarely do.
Screaming at our CSR and calling her "LIAR" is also not appreciated. She stated that AMAZON.COM employs the same policy. You get prepaid postage via email, you send it back, and all is good. For this you called her a Liar?
Most of our customers absolutely love our customer service and hassle free postage paid policies. We are very sorry that these policies do not work for you. There are countless companies that do not provide pre-paid postage. We have tried to bend over backwards for you, but you are not happy with sending us the product back within the means that we have available.
