ecigmods.com ... uhg! Anybody have 'Craigs' number? I'm getting upset here. Where's my stuff?!

I spent the last of my e-cig budget for the month at ecigmods.com ... I was told my order was shipped, but on the site it says it's still being processed. I was told to expect it before the weekend but here it is Saturday and no package today! This guy is pissing me off. I need my cartos! Now I have to use my old ones that are just about dead, or burnt, or painfully difficult to draw on....

The stuff I ordered from other vendors on the same day was here on Monday. I feel like I'm being jerked around by this guy and now come to find out he has a terrible reputation here and has even been BANNED from ECF. So great. Does this mean I got totally jacked, or does anyone think I'll get my stuff eventually? If he shipped it when he said he did I should have had it by now. It was the biggest order I made this month, the majority of my e-cig budget went there and I'm about to blow my top. Can anyone help me with any info? Anybody have this 'Craig' guy's telephone number? Apparently he had it on his site at one time but has taken it off. Thanks folks, any replies will be greatly appreciated. I don't have his phone number and I've never dealt with ecigmods, but if its still being "processed", maybe you can contact the bank that issues your credit card and dispute the charge? The credit card route is the only thing I can think of

Clinton....did you get a tracking number yet? I would call the credit card company and dispute the charge. Without proof that it was sent, they will stop payment but don't wait too long to do this.

I had a supplier send me a package that has never been found. I think a postal worker is enjoying the carto's and juice that was in it. Thankfully, I contacted the vendor and asked about it. He called me 4 times and remailed the package to me. I promised to send one back if they both showed. I still haven't gotten one of them and it's been 2 months. He went above and beyond making me happy and will have a customer for life. Package tracking, to this day, still shows that it never left the sorting facility. I wonder what trash can it was dropped in? None the less, keep on him about it but try not to lose your cool. Flies are attracked to honey not s.....
