I actually just flew across the country and what I did was take out batteries out of my PVs and put the PVs as well as batteries
separated on my carry on. With the juices and cartomizers I put them in my check in bags. No issues what so ever =)

Hope this helps

There is a whole section on travel that lists everything you need to do. I fly about once a month and I always put my juice and filled clearos into a quart bag and put them in the plastic bin. I carry a twist or two in my purse and have my other batteries separated in bags in my carryon. Any extra bottles of juice go in my checked bag. I've never been asked about any of it. Have a safe trip!

There will be at least one agent who knows what they are, and anyone unsure will ask them. Just tell them it's an e-cig. I haven't removed any batteries. All my liquid goes in a zip lock with any other liquids I have.

If you want to vape on the plane, get a window seat and be discreet. If someone is next to you, explain what it is and ask if they'd mind. I've never had a problem in 5 years.

I agree with red rose. I also travel for a living. I have never had a problem with my PV. You need to put the juices you want in a ziploc bag. I have always left my PV intact with carto/tank/atty or whatever else is on there. Once inside the aircraft, if you wish to vape, you do need to stealth it. Some airlines are stricter than others.

During my last trip, a flight attendant asked me about my PV, then said I could use it as long as I let her have a hit now and then. Of course she was joking, but not a whole lot of people care as long as you aren't abusing it, like blowing huge plumes in the air or being blatantly obvious about it.

Sure, I get the side eye once in a while from people in the airport. When I'm spotted by a suspected ANT, I just put my PV in my pocket and stealth it around them. Their hostility wanes before it ever truly shines and we are both happy.

If you pack batteries, make sure they are separated, and cannot under any circumstances make contact. They will get hot, and possibly combust if they touch each other or any metal or conductive material. I suggest getting a battery box, and have something extra around it to make sure the primary latch doesn't fail and the box stays shut. They beat the living crap out of your luggage! You have to be extra careful with your batteries.
