I'm not usually the person to post a bad review about a company however, I would like to share my experience with Ecigsupply.com , this company so far is the worst I had to deal with, first I ordered 2 batteries for DSE801 and a USB charger, the package arrived on time, with one of the batteries defective, I didn't think much of it to just return it back and get a replacement, a month latter and no luck with them, they lied by saying my emails were forwarded to their spam, and that they have not received the defective battery yet, oldest trick to just lie and give their customer the cold shoulder, my order # 1301167687-354 and the issue to date is unresolved.
