I was wondering what a good e CIG would b for the price? I have a cheap E-Go Twist battery with an even cheaper atomizer. Would a better atomizer do the trick in terms of creating more smoke that isn't going to burn the e liquid. If it helps I usually smoke very high VG liquid. Thanks!

An upgrade on both would definitely give you more vapor without burning the e-juice. I guess it all depends on what pieces of your gear you want to upgrade.
Just an oversight on your part. It's VAPOR not SMOKE.
A great upgrade on your clearomizer would be a mini Nautilus (or regular sized Nautilus). You could use it on your Ego Twist battery.
If you also wanted to upgrade your battery an iStick 30watt (2200 mah) or even iStick 50watt (4400 mah) would be a great way to go. Both of these would allow you to use the sub-ohm tanks that have recently hit the market (as well as the Nautilus).
You can use high VG eliquid in any clearomizer if you thin it out with some distilled water. A couple of drops per ml of juice in your tank should do it.

The Kanger T3D is a dual bottom coil clearomizer that works great on the Ego VV's.
I'm really liking the Kanger T3S. Gives you a nice vape, holds 3mL, and dirt cheap - I paid $8 CDN - so you can get a few, fill 'em with different juices and swap as desired.
I keep reading good things about the Joyetech Ego One if you're up for getting a whole new kit. I think it's around $50 for the tank, battery and pass through charger. I asked about it at my local B&M before they knew about it, now they're all raving about them and using them themselves, and the owners big into dripping.
I use a Smok Squid RDA with a 2.1 ohm coil on an Ego style battery and it works great. I did drill out the airhole to 1/16". It only holds about 6-8 drops of juice but that gives you about 6 or 7 hits.

I would go with the Joye eGo ONE XL Starter Kit with the 2200mAh battery. myvaperstore.com has it for 49.99. You get a lot of good flavor from it. Also the battery lasts a long time if you are a casual vaper.
