i busted my p+ yesterday, and am still am waiting to hear about whether it's able to be repaired.
so you guys can show off your shiny new gear and i will use my ego 1100mah on their last legs and pout.

What about that other wonderful feeder one? You know I want to see it in use ;-P

Just curious if you will be giving them all the pertinent information regarding what we plan on doing in their establishment. I would hate to have a meet setup and be shutdown the moment it starts because they misunderstood what was going to be taking place. Just worried because I really want this meetup to happen and am looking forward to it immensely.

i used to work at the starlite room, and used to vape on shift indoors. they also allow the use of pvs in all rooms in the establisment. i've had a discussion with my manager about what the chemical composition of the vapor is, and she really doesn't care or see what problem there is about vaping.
she seemed more concerned about possible restrictions legislative acts may have, but i told her they were not specifically mentioned or banned yet so it was up to the establishment to decide whether or not they would allow their patrons to vape.
brixx bar is a really chill atmosphere, and i can't see a problem with a dozen people vaping. they have booths and seating arrangements that are pretty spaced out, so i can't see us gathering complaints from other customers. so i wouldn't worry about being kicked out or asked to leave or stop.

I'm making my phone calls now to book an establishment and yes, I will be explaining that it'll probably look like a fog machine in their venue if we all show up. Details to come shortly.

Booking Verified!

It's going to be at the Knights Pub & Grill. I tried calling Brixx Bar, but didn't get an answer and I wanted to get this set in stone for our first meet. I'll try to arrange our second meet with them.

I confirmed that there could be up to 12 people showing up and that this is a vape meet so we would be bringing our gear to show each other. I also said that it would look like we have a fog machine in our area and asked if that would be a concern should they receive a complaint about it. I was speaking with one of the owners and he said that it won't be a problem because we're not doing anything illegal. Also, I said that our devices are all electronic cigarettes that can be purchased at corner and grocery stores, but most of us have something better off of the internet that won't necessarily look like those devices. Again, no problem. One last point is that the time frame was fine with them as well.

I am to book the actual event closer to our meet date, so I will officially book it on July 2nd. He has my number in case something comes up, but otherwise this is it! Yay

The vape meet is confirmed and booked with the good people over at Knight's Pub. I just got off the phone with one of the owners and they're still comfortable with this type of meet, so bring your gear and lets have a good time

trip dates have changed to the following week in I will arrive Calgary 16 July late, drive to Lethbridge. I have an all day meeting on the 17th (Tuesday) in Lethbridge and will drive up to Cold Lake on the 18th (Wednesday) meetings there on 19th (Thursday) and drive to Edmonton on 19th (Thursday) afternoon.

Next time you give out free bottles, I'm going to make you pay me to try any of it. One of them made me shudder so much that I gagged. I think crab juice would be tastier than this stuff. (This is also the first time that I had to restrain myself from using profanity on the forums).

I have tried some odd juices - but Crab Juice was not on the list. LOL
