Ok guys, chime in here if you'd be interested in meeting occasionally to swap war stories, hardware, juices, tips, etc. As well as being a place that newbies can experience vaping first hand before they waste all their hard earned money on crap they don't need.

I actually have a nice, somewhat upscale place in mind, and the owner seems like the type that would be open to it. I'll have to talk with him the next time I'm in town. I just need to put together a package/presentation for him so he knows exactly what vaping is.

When would be the best time to schedule meets?

I was thinking that we'd meet once per month. I'd suggest every second Sunday at 2pm. If this Does NOT work for you, speak up so we can figure out the best schedule for everyone interested.

Good good. I've not made any progress on the venue, been out of commission for the last few weeks with a bad back. I'd ask everyone else to feel free to scout out locations that would be suitable for our needs. I'll have to veto any place that doesn't have a decent pool table though .

The place I have in mind is the Metro Club downtown, so if anyone is in the area weekdays stop in and ask Joey the owner if he'd be opposed to having us meet there. I've gotten several of his staff interested in vaping, but he's never been there on the weekends and evenings that I've gone in recently. Truly excellent food, plenty of seating, and a great atmosphere.

Yeah, I kinda gave up due to lack of interest from the forum, and I have been swamped with farm stuff. If someone could get a venue set up I'm definitely still interested in being a part of it.

Why don't we pick a date next month, and whoever finds a place first post here. Kinda a team effort. Sometime in the evening when everyone is done work. And when we get that sorted u can edit ur first postbwithbthe details. I'd say 8 or 9 is a good time. Doesn't matter what day for me.

Im in Rocky Mountain House, I'd be willing to meet up for sure. Calgary is my usually my destination between the two cities. So in other words, im not to familiar with edmonton. I hope you guys find a spot, I cant wait for a Alberta Vape meet!
