Efest Bio V2 charging options for Sanyo 18650 3400mAh vague.

So, I just got my iTaste 134, two sanyo 18650's at 3400mAh and the Efest Bio v2 and there is little instruction with the batteries or the charger. It doesn't even say if the LED on the AC adaptor changes color at full charge or if I need to look at the LED's on the actual charger (which I have inside a large safety bag). The charger has three charging modes: 0.5A/1A/2A. So... do I just pick one that sounds good? The one that's the fastest? Is one mode safer than another? I selected the 1A option to stay in the "middle of the road". Whudduhwah?

The manual does say the lights on the actual charger change green when charge is full. It'd be handier if the light on the adapter changed being since I'm using a charge bag recommended be Efest. It's also getting pretty warm in that charge bag. I guess that's how I know it's working.

I would only use the 1a for 18650s and 0.5a for 18500 and under. You can look up specific batteries/manufacturers to see what charges they can handle.

2a would charge the fastest, but it may not be safe for the batteries.
