I just ordered a pair of Efest Purple IMR 26650 3500mAh 64A 3.7v batteries for the Seven 22 I ordered at the same time and I'm wondering about what kind of battery life I can expect from them...

Much would depend upon how you are using them. If you are sub-ohming rba's, you won't get as long on a charge than if you were using factory made atomizers like a clearo or carto.
In theory, 100mah = 1 hour on a charge. 3500mah = 35 hours on a charge. Knowing how Efest often over-rates their battery specs (both mah and amp limits), I would imagine you won't get near that in real life.
