i assumed they would work fine with rivas? is this not the case? are these better than the ego plastic mega cartos that worked pretty well till they fell apart? (which wasn't very long)

(Caveat: I'm a relative n00b.) I have six or seven ego/riva style batts. One doesn't work with anything below 1.9ohm. One has connection problems with some cartos. In this young industry there are so many different manufacturers with so many different components on so many different production runs, all labeled the same, all with loose standards. Seems to me every pairing is YMMV. And nobody can test every combination.

edit: Ok, I counted (in my head [I don't feel like looking around]) and I have 11 ego/rivas. More than I thought.
