Ego 510 Passtrough 3.7 Volt Has anyone tried these? Mv used to carry a thing called the sit n go that was similar to this. It sold for around $15. It is what I would refer potential vapers too do the price. Well they don't carry those anymore an i was looking for a replacement. How do these compare to the sit n go? Or a standard ego?

I know my opinion probably seems biased but I'm been using one on and off for about 3 days. Seems to work great. The 2 foot cord they come with kinda sucks to be honest but it's good for car adapters or if you use a notebook. For a tower you'll need a longer cord.. Good thing they're just regular mini usb type b cords.

I miss the sit-n-go's.. We had some made from another company but they mis-understood and just made a regular 510 battery that can charge from both ends but doesn't work when plugged into usb :(

The next rev is supposed to have the passthrough like functionality but we'll see.

Th battery in the sit n go seemed stronger then a standard 510. Especially with the sit n go mega. They were great ant were a great starter pv for a few peope I turned to vaping. I prebally will be ordering one of these ego versions on my next order. Really hope you can get the sit n go's back though. Cause with that could set somebody for vaping for under $20. A real sellin point in these tough times

Hoog, I will be putting in an order for two of these but it will have to wait until October. The site says you have over 400 available. I would think that there would still be some come October. maybe I am just paranoid, but is there any way to reserve two of these until October when I can get my order in?

I am another who has used an Ego pt from another company. I absolutely loved the thing and used it almost exclusively for several months. I now need a replacement but am hesitant to try this one until I find out if it has a draw cut off timer. I take long, deep drags and have had several batteries that cut off just when the drag is getting good and started. I have one ego clone battery with an 8 sec. cut off and it is nearly useless to me. I only keep it charged and on standby for an emergency. If I find that I can take at absolute minimum a 12 second drag, I will be ordering one from MV.

I ordered one of these after reading this thread last week, and it arrived on Fri. After a weekend of pretty heavy vaping, I can say that my first impression is quite good. I don't believe it will deliver the 12 second drag that the Rev. (above) is looking for.

I've been having trouble with some other hardware (quite likely user error on my end), and will probably order another one of these if it continues to perform as it has the past few days. Reliable, convenient to be able to use while charging, and good battery life. (I agree with Hoog that a longer cord would be nice, but that's a fairly minor point.)

Too bad it doesn't have a longer drag time. For those who want a longer cord, MV does sell them. They have a four foot cable for just $2.49, but if you want really good length you can get the six foot extension cable for the same price. Coupled with the cable that comes with the pt, you would wind up with a full eight foot cord. I have one of those extensions and love it. Although I use it more for my PS3 than vaping.

Hey Rev - Thanks for the recommendation on the longer cord. I knew they were out there and I'll add one to my next MV order.

By the way, it wasn't very scientific (i.e. no stop watch) but I believe I just got about a 10 second drag. And the battery life, ergonomics, etc. on this unit are all pretty good. I doubt you would be disappointed.

Scratch that, looks like it will be Monday. Damn post office with their no deliveries on Sunday. Lol

Now the post office is just teasing me. The tracking says expected delivery is the 19th. But it also says it was delivered today at unit @ 11:31 am on the 17th. I have yet to see it. And I have checked the mail about 10 time. Lol 5 of those were after mail had been delivered for the day. I will be ...... if they delivered it to the wrong house. I guess will wait till Monday to se if it shows up. If not then the post office will be getting a rated interesting call.

Lol not 2 min after I posted this I went to check the mail again( yes that is 11). As I was walking to the mail box guess who just turned around the corner.

So I finally got to give these things a go. Amazing! The on/off feature is nice. These things are much better then the sit'N go. I would refer potential vapers to the sit'n go's because They liked them cause they were about the size of a cigarette(everyone remembers their " it's got to look like a cigarette phase"). These however do not, but with the ego mega dual coils on them they look damn close to a cigar. The screw on dust cover for the USB is a nice touch too. I just hope I don't lose it. Haven't tested how long the battery will last on a full charge. But they hit on the high end of 3.7v. Truely amazing! I will be referring them to potential vapers from now on.
