Just a quick question, is there any differences in the batteries them selve with an ego, ego-t ego-c, ego-w etc, I know obviously the twist is different, but what about the others?

With the ego battery. There is no 5-click on and off feature. Other than that, I'm not aware of any other differences with the other ones.
The eGo-C has a battery level indicator at the switch... White to sky blue to blue blue...
There is also the "upgrade" that allows you to switch between regulated voltage and unregulated voltage. (also 1000mAh)
