I searched but could only find a thread from a year ago regarding a template for an eGo battery- there was none (I even googled it).
I just got some vinyl in the mail to decorate my stainless eGo and between a ruler , tape measure and some jewelry calipers I was able to get a circumference measurement.
I used a plain stainless 650 mA batt for my measurement.
The circumference measured out at one and three-quarter inches...once that is measured out, it can be made as long as necessary.
If there is a cover already on the batt and a cover is being overlaid onto it then the circumference will be slightly bigger.

Edit: The measurement I did is for a garden variety Joye eGo battery, not a Spinner (don't have) or any other odd batteries with an eGo/510 connection.
