Will there be a learning curve of what I need to know about changing over from single coil to dual coils? I have several EGO battery's an innokin VV3 and a Provari.......am I still going to be able to use my Protanks and Protank3 minis with my EGOs and VV3 ?
Fixed output batteries will be somewhat cool due to Dual coils. Each will only get 1/2 the available power. With VV you can turn it up.
The VV V3 should work fine.
It is funny, but I only use the lowest wattage setting (6) on my Innokin vv/vw with my Mini Protank 3's...Any more wattage and they get too hot for me.
I like the Egos for work.....easily concealed on my desk...but after they finally die, I won't be replacing. Really like the VV3 for out of the house vaping. .nice to be able to check how much battery is left.....no surprises.
I had a ego-c-twist 1300 and a aerotank with dual coils.
All I had to do was crank voltage up slightly more and battery didn't last as long. I prefer single coils in my tank and in my experience a simple single coil rewrap with 28-30g between 1.6-2.2ohm works best in these tanks. Iv also took the coil out of a single coil1.8 kanger head and put it in the dual head.
My buddy has a pt3 and he uses the ts3 1.8 single coils and they fit stock. He uses a ego twist style 1500mah
