More vapor usually comes at a price. More vapor = more juice vaporized.

...an example...
...using 1.7ohm single coil XL cartos on 3.7v will last me 4hrs before I just gotta top it up...
...using 1.6ohm dual coil XL cartos on 5v and I am lucky to get a solid hour before I just gotta top it up...

Perhaps behind on devices on the market - but who make a 5 volt mod? Is this a VV mod that you place at 5 volts?
There are (or used to be) a couple of 5v mods, like the GLV for instance.
There is also a "5v" battery from MadVapes that fits in anything taking an 18650 battery.

I am using those MadVapes batteries in my Chucks, and I really like them.
:)

eGos are actually 3.3- 3.4V, not 3.7V. Personally I agree with Hairball, dual coils are much better when used in the 4-5V range. On an eGo I think their nothing special. They are alittle better on a 3.7V like my E-power, but even at 3.7V their just okay. I find dual coils only really shine when used in the 4-5V range
