Ego Battery w/LCD

Nope; that's the display itself. I've been trying to get an answer for over a MONTH without success. Why anyone has to wait that long for a simple answer to a simple question is beyond me.
If it's defective; replace it. It that's their standard for quality; admit it. Ignoring inquiries only leads to customer anger and I'm rapidly approaching it.

You originally asked me to have our supplier to look into the reason why your battery had the issue it did and not for a replacement. I emailed your problem to our supplier and they are trying to find out the exact reason to why your LCD has that problem. They have not contacted me back with a detailed explanation yet.
I apologize for the assumption that you were only looking for an explanation to the defect and once again, will be happy to replace the battery for you.
