eGo-C 2 just arrived, less flavor vs. Volt?

I was using the Volt with refillable cartomizers, my eGo-C 2 just came in yesterday with a stardust. I've notice quite a bit less flavor while using the same juice. Also, went through much much more juice. Any idea why these two things are occurring?

If you are using a Joytech eGo, the eGo vapes at 3.4 volts and the Volt vapes at 3.6-3.7v so with the same device attached to the battery you'll have less power to the coil. That few tenths of a volt makes a difference.
You may want to try a slightly lower resistance device to increase your wattage.

If it has the Joyetech Upgrade battery, you can put it into the 4.1 volt mode.

Like TTK said it does have the variable higher voltage, I've tried it on both settings, seems like the same thing. Like it's not as sweet (smokelessimage desert joe) or almost no flavor. This could be psychological but it doesn't seem like I'm getting as much nicotine either. I am getting good clouds though.

I don't really understand the resistance part of the cartomizers...
