Sounds like the switch is fried. Its most likely dead, unless someone here knows how to replace the switch. Some details that would be helpful in the future:

How long have you had it? If less than a month, most vendors will replace it.

How much wattage did you typically use? Watts = volts^2/ohms. Chain vaping at V > 4V and low resistance will put a big strain on the switch. This also put a strain on the battery material itself, and it could be the battery is dead, but it cannot be charged any more, so the charger thinks its fully charged.
