From experience, clearomizers tend to eat juice a little faster than cartomizers do. Are you using the 1.8ohm atomizer? I believe you can either get 1.8 or 2.something

To answer your question regardless, I used to vape on my iClear or Protank at about 4 volts. If you have the 1.8ohm (low resistance) atomizers, this would explain why they are burning out so quickly.

The only concerning thing to me is that 2-2.5mL of juice from a bottomfeeder clearo is not really excessive vaping by any means. I don't know what would cause them to burn out so fast even at that voltage. I would only have to replace my atomizer heads about once every week and a half.

The only thing you can really do to fix this problem is to lower your voltage even further. 3.7v on 1.8ohms is not that bad. You'll get less vapor production but in reality that's the price you have to pay.

It's the 2.4 ohm one. I'm not so much woried about the juice. Just that the cartomizers are burning up no matter what juice I use.

Ok wow. Try edging back to 4 volts solid and see where it takes you. Really the only thing you can do to troubleshoot here is to decrease the voltage.

If you have the extra $20 or so, I would suggest trying out the Protank if you haven't already. My eVic/Protank setup was pretty much my ol' reliable. Excellent draw and arguably among the best atomizers for PVs.

Wow, 2-3 days!! What do you mean burning through them? Like burnt taste?

I dont have T3, I used evods which are basically the same thing. I've been using the same coil for about a month now and its working perfectly. I run mine at 4-4.2v and they are 2Ω coils.

I use about 3m a day, so thats about 2 tanks. What I do is rinse the evod base under water every night or when it starts to look gunked up. So about every 2 tanks. This seems to keep them working great for me.

My suggestion would be to try and clean the coils and dry burn them.

I like my setup as far as draw and taste just not reliability.

If you really like the draw of the T3, you might actually like the iClear30 a little bit more than the Protank. The Protank is MUCH more airy than the T3, whereas the iClear is a little more restricted (uses traditional clearo system, not a bottomfeeder), but produces a decent amount of vapor as a tradeoff.

To me, the iClear draws more like an analog cigarette, and the Protank draws more similarly to a hookah. That's one of the reasons I preferred the iClear at first. Especially if you're just in the beginning phases. The similar feel of the draw might help you avoid cigs more :)

Congrats on quitting btw!

2-3 days for a clearomizer or cartomizer is insanely low. That's just ridiculous, there's something seriously wrong here. You refer to them as both clearomizers and cartomizers. Are you sure you are using what you think you are using?

I'd suggest just switching to the tried and true Stardust/Vision to put on top your eGo Twist. These should last at least three weeks. See if they do. If not, there might be something wrong with your battery.

Try kicking it down to about 3.7-3.8v. I've got a couple of T3s and I often get a burnt taste if I hit 4.0v or higher. Some juices will gunk it up faster than others, particularly sweet ones, in my experience. I keep a few extra heads and swap out after my 2nd tank. You could also try the 2.8ish ohm heads. I vape anywhere from 4 to 6ml a day.

I am by far not an expert, but this is what I have to offer. Wow, that seems quick. Mine last 2-3 weeks, running a T2 or a T3 tank, on an ego c twist @ about 3.7-4.0, 1-1/2 to 2 tanks/day. That is with an 80/20 pg/vg blend. I have no idea what the ohms are. After about a week, I start to get a burned taste. I rinse everything out, do a dry burn, then everything is back to normal. As for draw, I recently bought two iclear 16 tanks, and wow, they are what I have been after! I have only had them about 2 weeks, not sure how long the atomizers will run, but so far so good. I have been running a 65/35 blend in the iclears, same 1-1/2 to 2 tanks/day, just had to clean and dry burn tonight. But man-o-man, I absolutely LOVE the draw!

2.4 Ohms at 4.2 volts is 7.35 Watts. Normal vaping range is about 7.0 to 8.0 for most juices. I have some though that burn above 6 watts and some that need 8.8 Watts. The fact that you are burning your wicks, which is really carbonizing your wicks, and/or caramelizing your wicks is actually fairly normal on certain juices in 3 days or so. Mine burn in that time frame. The dark, sweet, strong flavored juices can gunk up your wicks in a few days. The blanket statement that wicks/coils last one to four weeks is not true as their longevity depends on the juice and the temperature at the coil. My 23% homemade cinnamon Danish will kill my wick in 3 days, tops. Gunks a carto in three to four days, tops. It's my juice, as I'm vaping around 7 - 7.5 Watts. I clean daily, so about every three tanks. I learned to rebuild my own coils to save money, and it was easy. Of course, I didn't do that too long as I prefer carto tanks now, but that was my experience for six months with the bottom coil evods, T3's and Protank/Davide's.

You may be doing nothing wrong whatsoever, and it may just be the juice. Once the wick is fouled beyond your ability to clean, then the flooding and leaking starts, so you have to replace the wick/coil. Buy in bulk, bring the price down to about a buck or less, or learn to recoil, it's fairly easy, or just spend $2 a week and change them out. Way cheaper than smoking. Best to you!

What voltage should I be running this on with some Kanger t3 clearomizers? I seem to be burning through atomizers within 2-3 days running on about 4.2. I probably vape about 2-2.5 mL of juice a day.

What ohm is your Kanger t3?

Just use the chart. If you are going into pink, then you are stressing the coils---battery wears down faster, too.

delivery device ohms is on left, battery setting is at top.....just follow down and stay in green

Safe Vaping Power | Voltage | Resistance | Ohm Chart

I have no idea what ohms your kanger is so I can't tell you but if your battery is at 4.2 then you should use at least a 2.2ohm coil, do you see that?

Pink is too hot, yellow is too coool.

I vape at around 6 - 6.5 watts so not as hot as some people
