The PV has a red light near the USB connection to show when its charging. I got a new dual Dynex 2 amp charger that has the red/green charging display. I cannot figure out why, when my PV shows the red charging light, the Dynex charger displays a green light unless I draw on it and then it shows charging red. Why would the PV and charger disagree this way? The PV seems to be working well as it always has on my 1 amp charger but that one doesn't show a green light so I just depended on the PV light itself and thought it was always charging when it was red. Now I don't know. And the Dynex 2 amp charges my phone and other things just fine so I know its not malfuctioning. Thanks.
