Ego came today!

I 1st wanted to state that I ordered my Ego Sat. evening from Cignot. With Mon. being the holiday and all, I figured it`d be at the earliest Weds., probably Thurs. before I got it. Well low and behold, it arrived Today! Shout out to Cignot!

I must say initial impression is wonderful. I ordered some vanilla cola 25mg., and it hits great! It gives me a really good TH that I could see maybe putting the analogs away for good! I`m so excited, and grateful that I found this site. I was ready to order just any one, possibly one I`ve seen advertised on TV. After reading, I decided the Ego sounded best. I am currently a chain smoker, of up to 2 packs a day, and I just didn`t see anything replacing that. Again, this is only my initial impression, but am going to do my best to stay the course through the learning curve.

Vapor is not a problem at all. I blowing clouds! I hope I don`t fry the atty. The learning curve i was talking about was the flavoring nic. mg., etc.

I do have a question though. I tend to over do everything I do, I`m taking really long hits, and getting a great TH, so much so that it makes my cough. Does anyone else do that, and do you get the benefits of quitting, ie. better lung function, and the smoker cough to disappear if you do so?

I think I saw a thread that said most people take 5 to 10 second hits.. but I could be wrong, and I know someone will correct me. Just be careful the atty doesn't get too hot!

My smokers cough has gone away.. and I still occasionally take a "hit" that makes me cough.. I think in the beginning, I needed the th more than I do now.

May certainly try it. I got some Vanilla Cola and love it. Now I like vanilla, and I like cola, but I didn`t thin I want my nic. fix that way, but I love it! I`ve got a bunch of flavors coming from VV this week to test out, as well as the sample pack from cignot. I read #1 tastes like cottom candy, and it sure did smell like it while filling a cart.

The eGo is a fantastic device! I'd like to try it with a LowRes atty, I hear it was meant for the eGo.

Update, took 10y.o. to the pool today, and it sure was nice to not have to leave the complex to smoke. However, I have had 2 analogs, which BTW is great for me! The first one I had was due to the fact that I was really hitting the Ego hard, and it made me a little anxious due to a lot of nic. I guess. So I had an analog to calm me down a bit. It worked, and part of the anxiety was probably my imagination. The second on was when I was having a craving, and I just wanted to see if it would satisfy it. I could hardly taste the analog, and realize it was totally mental.

I am really committed to making this work, and that is the reason for the updates, as well as to inform anyone who may be looking into e-cigs. I wish I could be like some on the board who received theirs, and never touched another analog. However I realize with myself it`ll be a process, and I`m okay with that.

The eGo battery is specific to the eGo & you can not use std. bats. This is one reason some use mods in order to use std. bats.

I read in another thread of an Ego battery that is 900mah. I even checked the site, and I can`t remember which one it was. I look thru my cache, and see if I can find it and post it here.

Congrats on your eGo as your first pv. If I knew when I started what I know now I too would have gone straight for the eGo instead of the standard 510 kit I started with. The 510 kit got me started but the eGo is great. I love mine.
