eGo cartomizers not working?

I bought a 5 pack of the eGo cartomizers from litecigusa.com and to my knowledge they do not work. I followed a guide online to fill (Take two caps off, puncture the foil, place needle into small hole, place between 1.5-2.0 ML into container, place caps back on, wait a minute, screw onto battery, vape) and this does not work. I have three different batteries, a hello 016, an eVo battery (knockoff eGo), and a regular 510. It works fine on the regular 510, but when i screw it into the eVo or the hello 016, it does not work. On the eVo battery, i try to vape from it, and there is no air circulation. I tried cutting a small piece off of the cone around the atomizer threads, and now there is too much air circulation. For the Hello 016, the cone around the atomizer is too long to thread onto the battery. Any tips would be great.

the solution is kinda simple.. when you put in on, release it a bit.. in 1/2 round.. so it w'ont be tight...

Anyway, i am using those Ego cartos, got like 30 right here next to me.. but after 1 day with it, i throw it to trash.. those kids die fast...
