I would honestly recommend neither. When I started vaping, those types of tanks were the only things available (I went with Kanger Protanks and such). They were not satisfying for me to replace cigarettes.

I would recommend that you invest a little but more and get an iStick Mini and a Nautilus or even an Atlantis tank from Aspire. Your chances of success will improve a lot and you'll save money from having to invest in equipment, then wanting to upgrade later. The iStick and nautilus combo should be around $50.

I tend to agree with the above suggestions. Not trying to be a vaping snob, but the more you invest in a reliable, more trouble-free setup the more likely you will be able to stop smoking with vaping right from the start. Do your research while you save up the necessary money.

Concerning the difference between the CE4 and CE5, the less expensive CE4 is a disposable "tank", meaning when the coil stops working in 2 - 4 weeks time, the whole tank will be worthless. The more expensive CE5 tank will accept replacement coils to allow continued use of the tank once the original coil dies.

A higher end tank like the Aspire Nautilus will accept replacement coils, be made of glass instead of plastic, and will also have air control features which will allow you to adjust the air intake (draw) and the amount of vapor production.
