Asked this in the clearomizer sub-forum but figured I would ask here as well. After watching a video review of the X2 showing it takes eGo specific delivery attachments. I was wondering if anyone can confirm which ones work for sure. I have been scouring several vendor sites and some list if their attachments are eGo specific or eGo/510. But some do not. I was originally going to go with an eGo battery but would prefer the X2 so I can still use my 808 supplies. I just don't want to order something that will not work. I have noticed on some sites the Kanger T2, T3 and EVOD show eGo only but others show eGo/510. That is where it gets confusing. Any help would be appreciated.

If I’m not mistaken, the “ego/808 version of the vision stardust” is basically the same as Smokeless Image’s X2 Clearomizer. The large outer threads on an X2 battery are the same as eGo threads, but the battery post on an X2 battery sticks up farther than it does on an eGo battery. The only true eGo threaded device that has fit on my X2 batteries is the Kanger T2. The Kanger T3 and Evod won’t fit because the battery post is too tall. Smokeless Image does sell their own version of the T3 that does fit the X2. You can get an adapter, so you can use other eGo only threaded devices on your X2 battery, but I’ve heard they don’t work with automatic batteries.

If you want to use a clearomizer on your X2, you’re probably better off using something that S.I. sells, and getting a manual battery because of possible leakage.

It really depends in the device. Some ego threaded delivery systems work and some don't. The t2 works but the t3 doesn't. I haven't yet tried the evod but have a couple on order.

As someone who has tried a lot of delivery systems and batteries, I personally like the t3 with an x2 or spinner. You can also use the vivi nova with an adapter, but ever since I got the t3, my vivi novas sit in a drawer.

IMHO, the x2 is better than the joyetech ego battery and the spinner is better than the ego twist.

You said you like the T3 with the X2 but said it doesn't work. Confused.

Well, if you replace the head of mt3 with an SI one, it will work. Just go with SI's x2 clearo or SI's version of the t3. From my expierence the ones from inhaler aren't as high quality as SI's. the batteries start lossing life quickly and the clearos don't have a very good flavor. That's compared to the x2 clearo and the SI T3. SI's twister is also a little cheaper.

No,the Kanger T3 and MT3 won't work on an X2. If you want to use a T3 on an X2, you have to get S.I.'s version of the T3 . Imagine said they will be getting the Mini-T3 soon.

Isn't the SI version like a T2 and not a T3??? The T3 is a bottom feeder and the SI is a top feeder. I have also heard people say the SI version is basically a Stardust.

The SI t3 is a bottom coil. The t2 is a top coil with hanging wicks (like SI clearomizer).

The SI clearomizer is what is similar to a stardust.

Gotcha. I was just looking at the page that had the Volt and X2 clearos. Totally missed the T3 page. Is the SI version of the Stardust any good??? Was thinking about trying the T3 and the X2 clero but not if it isn't worth the time.

Ordered my X2 last night and one each of the T3 and X2 clearo to try them both out.

Tap'd from my Maxx

That's exactly what I ordered, Garemlin. Did you get the 900? I haven't tried the T3 yet. Just the clearo. Awesome vape. But, I want to forewarn you....I guess I was so excited and too hasty with my initial vape with the X2 and sucked on the thing like a little 78 mm volt and ended up burning the roof of my mouth. Plus, I spilled some, too. DOH. LOL. So, go easy when you get it! I'm anxious to try the T3. Can't wait to see what you think. I'm sure you'll love your new set up.

Yup I ordered the 900. Good mix of long lasting and smaller size. Should have no problem getting a day or two out of a charge. I'm curious about the T3s. I hope they hit with flavor. I just tried the Nanos and they really sucked. Zero flavor and way to airy. The reason I ordered one of each is to see which one will be a keeper. If I like the X2 clearo better I will prolly order some Kanger T2's since they are rebuildable.

And saw you post in the other thread about the burning the roof of your mouth. Appreciate the warning.

I haven't tried the Nano's, but the T3 really has a nice draw to it... currently vaping some Dragon Apple from it that I got from ECBlends as a "try out and see if I like it"... I'd used it in a blank Boge XL carto prior, flavor was kinda muted and not really there. The T3 definitely helps bring the flavor through though.... gonna let the 3ml I have left of it steep and see how it is in a week, but so far I am super impressed with the SI t3 and the X2.

(I only wish I'd ordered another t3! )
