Ego excaliber questions

so i'm new to vaping, i've got a couple V2 batteries that i like but i want something a little better for at home, i came across these. they look awesome and they're a pretty good price. but i don't understand these at all and have a few questions.
1. how often would i need to replace or rebuild the clearomizer?
2. how difficult are they to refill compared to carts/cartos (haven't quite learned the difference)
3. these have a separate atomizer, how often does that need replaced/repaired

Sorry I can't help because I don't own these but I have looked at them and they look pretty nice.
How about email vapors choice, I bet they could give you a good explanation.

The batteries are good. That clearo-tank that comes with it is awful though. Just dry hit after dry hit.

They do look awesome and are very easy to refill or clean. However, they can be very inconsistent the way they come. Some work wonderfully, most of them dry hit a lot. Some of them leak out of the bottom.

hm, i think i might just stick with the setup i got, 4.2v and a smok titan. got no problems just wanted something a little nicer for at home. thanks though. it also looks like it'd be difficult to buy the stuff for them, that's the only place i've seen them.
