Ok folks, this is working out for me really well so I thought I should share...

Take a velvet ecig pouch and some suede cord, throw in a few beads and BOOM! You gotcha self a nice eGo lanyard!

Looks pretty sweet, I've been thinking about making myself some sort of lanyard. For now, I'll have to make due with my Pocket-T's.

I haven't even received my eGo kit yet (Canada Post), but have been thinking about doing the same thing with the pouch that comes with the starter kit. I have many multi-colored lanyards from various events n stuff.

I was wondering if you put any reinforcement Metal/plastic washers **hey just came up with this**) where you cut a hole to attached the lanyard?

Since I don't have my hands on one, is the pouch exactly as long as the eGo or is it a bit longer (place to put maybe a 3 ml bottle).

When I do get my kit, I will post up a pic of my DIY lanyard.
