Next week I will be replacing my 900 mAh 510 battery with a 900 mAh ego. Can I expect it to last longer?

Probably not but don't take my word for it. I was always under the understanding that every 100 mah was equal to about an hour. So unless your original batt isn't holding a charge as well as it used to the they should be about the same.

Ive had (2) 900 mAh Ego Twists for almost a year now and get about a days worth of battery so I just rotate batteries at night so I always have one ready to go. Im thinking of ugrading to the Ego 1100 they sound pretty nice. What flavors are you using now?
900mAh should all last the same amount of time. If your old battery is a slim cigarette sized 510 battery and not a fatter eGo sized one, then 900mAh is pretty optimistic. Those batteries are usually only up to 220mAh or so. If it is a slim 510 battery that you are replacing, the eGo will definitely last longer, no matter what the purported capacity of the 510 was.
Ya, I've never heard of a 900 mAh 510 battery. But, if 2 batteries are really 900 mAh each, they will last the same amount of time on the same juice delivery device.
It can be confusing, because 510 is a battery type (the slim cigarette style), but the connector on the 510 battery became the most popular for larger batteries such as the eGo style as well as most mods.
This is why many switch to battery tubes like the Ego-T2 upgrade or mechanical mods. Initial cost is a little higher but after, you just replace actual batteries at a lower cost.

In use - length of vape - total vapes per hr/day - (if VV) power setting
Lifetime - build quality - environment - charge cycles
Having multiple batteries and cycling between gives each time to stabilize before use and all should last longer.

Any idea where I can find one? There are hundreds of dealers. I don't even know where to begin to look.

I got mine from Hoosier Ecig, but if you google Vision Spinner you will that many vendors carry them. 1300 mah spinner should cost just under $26. You will need a charger if you don't have one, look for something that is compatible with the Joyetech or Kgo ego style batteries. My usb portion is 420 ma, the wall wart is 500 ma.
Completely off topic. Ryedan, that sure looks like a bobtail Catahoula in your avatar!
