This is not meant to be a poll. Rather, I would like to hear your opinions and experiences with either gadget (or even better, with both, to compare).
I am a 510 user, recently purchased a couple of eGo/510 compatible mods... I do enjoy dripping, but I am now looking for a hassle-free, long-lasting "reservoir" option to have on the go.
Tried 510-T, it seemed like a good solution but left me unimpressed - too little too muted flavour and throat hit on the SR and they seem to clog up too fast (at least with the juices I use), and the LR ones are even worse, although I had higher hopes for them. Plus, .75ml is not much of a reservoir, I'd still need to carry at least 3-4 spare tanks a day.
Tried 510 cartos... again unimpressed by the regular Boge "standard issue"... got some tweaked ones (by a highly-respected ECF member) in LR and I like those a lot... great (warm) vapor production, nice flavor, decent TH... Low Resistance on 3.7V seems to hit my sweet spot. But I need to order them from overseas (I live in Europe), which means a long wait and customs lurking around the corner every time. They ARE worth it, but I'm trying to find a simpler alternative if there is one.
Tried a CE2 clearomizer... didn't like it... lots of gurgling and juice spitting , little performance. May have been user error, though... In all fairness, I was quickly put off by the spitting, so perhaps I didn't give it (or myself) a proper second chance.
Considered tank-carto systems... They seem to be the best of both worlds (capacity/performance), but I am somewhat put off by their relative bulkiness, by the fact that replacement cartos (especially the pre-punched ones) are difficult to get where I live (again, yay!), and by the reports of tank plastic being reactive to some juices... so I think I'll pass on the tanks.
Then I found out about the Mega DC and the Giantomizer V2... Both available in my country, both similarly priced, both eGo-compatible, both with the capacity of a decent tank (3.5ml if I am not mistaken). Both sound like good options and I am willing to try both... but I would appreciate to hear some user experience first, especially on longevity, TH and flavor/vapor production. And if someone could compare them to "standard" 510 LR cartos, that would be superb!
