So, I am still new to vaping; however, I have experience with electronics and circuits. Here is my idea on how to charge 5 eGos.

Parts
1 x Chasis
1 x Chasis Bottom
1 x IEC Power Entry Module
1 x Fuseholder
1 x Fuse
1 x Main Power Switch
5 x Sub Power Switches
1 x Switchmode Power Supply
5 x LED Red/Green
2 x 40mm Fans
2 x 40mm Fan Grill
5 x eGo Charge Adapters

Total Prices ($90.21)
Mouser $37.87 with Shipping
eBay $8.76 with Shipping (Power Supply)
Aero Cooler $15.38 with Shipping (Fans)
MyFreedomSmokes $28.20 with Shipping (eGo Chargers)

Just an idea, I have not drafted everything out just yet. Will hopefully be able to update thread within a week and have a working prototype by the end of this year. Any other ideas?

a 4 port usb battery pack... About $50 shipped...

Amazon.com: EasyAcc 12000mAh Power Bank 4 x USB Port Portable External Battery Pack Charger for Tablets: Apple iPad; Kindle Fire HD, Google Nexus 7; Samsung Galaxy Tab; for Mobile Phones: iPhone 5, 4s, 4, 3GS, 3G; Samsung Galaxy Series S3 i9300, S2 i

The multiport is the constricting problem, but this one had a feature that the others didn't seem to have...

"Overload Protection Current: The max output current is 3.5A, it will auto shuts the circuit when the output current exceeds 3.5A, and turns to normal when overload lifted."

I am using the battery with some passthrough units to make a ~Digital Hookah ...

My biggest problem is that without a constant power draw, the battery shuts itself down after 15 seconds... Trying to come up with a USB attachment that will draw "just enough power" to keep it alive during the vaping session...

@thinkingaboutit, yeah i agree its an expensive DIY project, really i have only considered getting the Provari mods, everything else just doesn't interest me.
@robtest, i already have a few ideas on a diy hooka mod, thought about a full out linear power supply, with a variable voltage regulator circuit that uses 4 LM338T voltage regulators. 1.2V to 13.5V and 20A of available current. The usb battery pack is awesome if your on the go.

But the whole reason for this DIY project was to minimize wires and have a central location to charge all of your eGo batteries.
