While kayaking a couple weeks ago I had my eGo in my life jacket top pocket, figuring the nylon to be enough protection against any occasional splash. About 6 hours in and it is still working fine, then out of the blue a storm hits and I've three miles left to go. Completely drenched, I pull the boat to ground while it continues to pour. eGo is still working great. Sealed batteries are a wonderful thing.
