If they are made the same way as the GS Airs, the bottom with the pin is just press fitted into the bottom vertical section. If you drop a setup, you can pull the bottom pin part out just a hair enough to cause a seep, bad enough and you can lose electrical contact.

It takes the right angle, but you Can press the bottom piece back Up (inside) with a pair of wider jaw pliers.

Now that’s interesting. I would have thought that, if anything, the opposite would be true - i.e. that it would leak going from a colder to a warmer environment (because the air in the tank will expand and push eliquid out). But then, I’m in a tropical climate so I really have no first hand experience with vaping in extremely cold weather.

Sea level here, with temps ranging from 0f to 100f. Dry as a desert to humid as the ocean floor.

My eggrolls have performed in all of it, without a hitch.

Only time I had a bad leak was when I stupidly left my mod and tank in the dashboard tray of my car which I had parked in the hot sun. ‘Twas a mess when I got back from my meeting. (Duh)

Never had a problem just coming out from air conditioned environment, but then I’m usually vaping immediately thereafter. :)

Question for the group. A friend is indicating that their eggroll is leaking from the air holes. I've neither seen nor experienced that before, but I'm wondering if any others have.

Me...4 Ego One Mega V2's...intermittent leaking from air holes (approximately every 2nd tank fill)...over 9 months...

Tried the 100's of GREAT suggestions by the SMART people in this thread...(when I'd come here to whine)...

Finally...completely solved the leaking...by replacing them with 4 Tron-S's...

(Of course, as always, YMMV!)

I lost one down a drain, and ended up waving the coil Bye-Bye :(
Nope, not the CLR coils. The Eggrolls. The o-ring where the tank screws onto the base.

So bizarre. But, I'm glad you found the Tron-S's.

My chinese digital calipers measured the o-ring for the Ego One Mega V2 and an Ego One V2 at 16mm outer diameter and 1.1mm thickness. I pulled the o-ring from the base from just above the airflow. Hope that helps :)

Does anyone know the sizes of the Eggroll o-rings?

I guess my answer is a) late and 2) ridiculous.

I was goig to say it's a round size.

I must be the luckiest eggroll user on the planet. I had at least four running for I-don't-know-long, and I'd never seen that before.

Livin' & learnin' still (always).

THANKS ALL! My friend appreciates it too. :)

Tie score for luckiest, sweets. ;)

Thank you. The Mega and standard are the same size?
