I recently just received my Riva 510 and I am very happy with it esp. for the money. According to what I have read posted by Scottbee and Scottbee’s discovery, some of the Riva 510’s now have a new battery revision which is a true 3.7v battery.

I talked to Ty (& Abe on this) from LF when ordering and they confirmed the Riva 510 I would be ordering would ship the newer batteries. So looks like some non-SE Riva 510’s are also now shipping with the newer battery. I would also like to mention Abe was very fast with e-mail respones to my questions and Ty was also very helpful on the phone . I ordered the Riva 510 on a Thursday and had it the following Monday

Btw thanks to Scottbee nice work and for posting this info!

A few pics below of my Riva 510 with the new battery revision I received from LF. For more info on the newer battery see link below.

Get one of each (just the batteries) and a fast Joye USB charger + wall adapter (500 mAh). Forget the kits. Try them all and see which one you like the best.

I own and use all three: the 900 mAh eGo, the 750 mAh regular Riva and the SE all Stainless Riva (the true 3.7v oddity).

Then order some Boge 2.0Ω cartomizers and and a couple of eGo-t atomizers and a box of transluscent (white or blue) tanks. You're set. All you need is some juice.

I have several eGos, Eastmall Rivas, Hello Rivas, and T-Rexs. Performance wise they are all almost exactly the same. I like the T-Rex the most though. The button is metal and has the best feel out of them to me. I also like the LED lighting up in a ring around it. The eGo and T-Rex both are inset more around the button, so the clip on button protector fits them well, whereas on the Rivas it can slide off easily. My current favorite is my new Stainless steel T-rex, I love how it looks and feels. Just saw the new Steel Riva SE though, so will probably order one sometime soon also.
