ego passthru battery loose connection?

I got this batt today, and when I try to use it with the cord that came with it, it constantly comes loose and I have to shove it back in

is this normal for these? do I need to duct tape it together? or did I just get a bad one?

A bad one, mine will pull my desklamp off the desk before it comes unplugged.

Hi there. I did not get a new battery. Maybe it is on its way? I have had my head filled with having to buy a new car the past few days so have not been thinking about batteries!
