I'm looking for a something to hold my ego passhtrough in. I'm so worried it's going to get scratched up like a few of my other e cigs. And get lint/dust in it the threads!

I don't want to buy a case that can fit a lot of stuff, just a small case that can hold 1 ego passthrough fully assembled and maybe a carto.

anyone have any ideas?

I haven't seen a case like that but there is an alternative where you can put it in a pouch and hang on necklace. Oh and if you ever go buy mag lites, they come with a little pouch. They fit the inferno but I think the ego is a little thicker. It should still work tho. But you would need to wear a belt. I don't use that tho. My working environment has a lot of dust and crap in the air. If I leave it on pouch on my hip, I sure some nasty crap would fall in my drip tip and that would not be cool.

Just make sure you turn it so the bat doesn't activate if it's a little snug.

I cut a small piece of 5/8" auto heater hose (about 1" long) and pushed it to the bottom of the Mag-Lite holster. That keeps my e-cig a little higher in in the holder for easier access and keeps the holder pushed open so no worries of the battery button being accidentally depressed.
I also use a hard eye glass case to carry a spare battery and a few cartos.
