eGo. Re-thinking my purchase.

Hey Zodiac,

Might I suggest one we like even better? The H16 has awesome battery power and we think it is compatible with Riva/Ego chargers and 510 attys and carts. We got our starter for around $35.00 from Michael at Digitalciggz.com. Somebody told us he also has a discount code or something here on the forum but we'd already ordered. Anyway, it's a great little unit.
Good luck-

For the eGo, I would suggest either Cignot or Freedomsmokeusa. Both suppliers have great service and good prices.
Slightly less expensive, the Riva is very well built, and has a soft silicone(?) or rubber button that I like personally. The button for the eGo is hard plastic I think. VaporJunction has very good pricing on the Riva.

The Hello 016 is a slightly bigger unit than either the eGo or the Riva, has 1300 mah to 650 for the eGo and 750 for the Riva, so it does go longer between charges. However, while the Hello 016 is compatible with 510 parts, you cannot use a 510 cone on it. It uses a proprietary cone/atomizer from the mfg.. It will accept 510 attys or cartos, but not 510 cones. And as I said, it is a bit larger.

I saw a thread here somewhere with a photo comparison of the difference in the sizes.

I would like to second all of the folks suggesting the eGo from Cignot. You get 2 batteries in your choice of colors (so you can get a kit with different color ecigs), 2 attys, 2 cones to match the batteries, a high powered quick charger, cartridges, and instructions all for $69.00 with free shipping. I do not know of anyone else selling a hybrid kit like this with two complete eGos in different colors you can choose. Customer service is personal and quick. Shipping is also lightning fast with orders usually going out the same day they are made (unless it is at night, and then they ship the next morning). No, I am absolutely not affiliated with them in any way, I am just a very happy repeat customer.

All great responses. Due to the popularity and ease of knowledge for the eGo I may go with that... Nothing wrong with owning an 801 and an eGo right?

edit: By the way, about to order my eGo from Cignot RIGHT NOW, and am ready to hit that ship button, but what else should I get for it? I already ordered 4 or 5 e-liquids from gourmet vapor for my 801 that's coming. Is there any accessories I need for my eGo besides what is given?

Everyone's been telling me how awesome their eGo and Riva are, but where did you get them from? I'm still looking for the best deal :p

The sites listed seem to offer different things...some with a usb charger and adapter, others with only one full eGo. Stuff like that.

I got mine from cignot it was $69 for 2 complete egos and free shipping.

I ordered from awesome vapor and couldn't be more satisfied. Its a quality product and a good deal.

2 eGo batteries
2 Attys
1 Cone
USB charger
5 Flavored cartridges
5 more flavored or blank your choice
1 full size bottle of juice your pick of strength and flavor and when you buy a kit you will earn 34 reward points which can get you yet another bottle of juice, 5 cartos, etc...
for $69.00 shipped.
Nobody else has a deal this good as far as i know and imo all these kits are equal.

I'm definitely going with cignot...so far very repuatable and free shipping..only 3$ extra for priority?! SNAP! haha.

All I need to know now is what else do I need besides the kit? I ordered 5, 5ml e-liquids for my 801, so I want to use liquid with the eGo but what else do I need, or will end up wanting?

edit: Dying here, waiting to hit ship. :p

hmmm i am old school. an ole vet, and new to all the "new stuff" in vapin' land. someone else will have to answer that question. i would assume cartomizers would be more expensive, if there is one that is compatible with the type of ecig you ordered.
i do have a syringe and have used it before but most of the time i am lazy and drop the juice into my cart straight from the bottle.

Here's where I am getting confused texastumbleweed!

Cartridges or cartomizers? Do I need to get a syringe to refill these bad boys? How many should I get? Cignot has 5 for 15$.

and to add, the cart is just an empty cartridge with filler that you drop ejuice in. the cartomizer is a cartridge and atomizer in one.

I got my ego from Good Prophets. I think its 80 bucks with a code. 2 full egos, 2 drip tips, and 808 carto and a 510-to-901/KR808D-1 adapter. There is a coupon code somewhere around here but I can't find it at the moment.

Don't forget the five cartridges included, as well as the 30ml bottle of liquid your choice (just ask for it in the special instructions box at checkout).

Coupon code that I found is TVCFRIEND.
